Telgi, reportedly aged in his late forties, is a conman and a native of Bengaluru. According to police officials, he wanted to lead a luxurious life and started duping people at 17. Starting the forgery from his home turf, he moved to Chennai and, in no time, began scamming people in other metro cities. Currently lodged in Delhi's Tihar Jail in alleged criminal cases, Abdul Kareem Telgi has 15 FIRs registered against him.

He is accused of cheating many people, including high-profile individuals, worth several crores of rupees. Many high-profile ladies claimed that they paid crores of rupees to the conman to secure bail for their husbands and ensure their safety from Telgi, who impersonated an officer from the Union Law Ministry. Some reports said, Telgi managed to get a few of those women into his bed, but no proof has been found to support this.

In August 2021, the ED seized a luxurious sea-facing bungalow in Chennai, over two dozen luxury cars, and Rs 82.5 crore cash in a money laundering case, and Telgi was imprisoned. According to the report, his fascination for fancy and extravagant Cars dates back to his school days. Despite being in prison, Telgi did not stop conning people.

The authorities may have technically snared the notorious Telgi, but he lived a lifestyle that boasted all the perks and luxuries of a celebrity hideaway. In fact, from within the prison, he committed more fraud than when he was free to roam the nation. On many occasions, Telgi would invite his VIP pals, prostitutes, and even at times, lesser-known female celebrities for his extravagant get-together. On rare occasions, he was even allowed to go out in secrecy. That arrangement wasn't cheap, so Telgi avoided the options. It wasn't because he did not have enough money, but he didn't like to spend it on government officials.

One day he was checking some news on the internet on his latest iPhone to find new prey, and he came across an image of a young girl with an article on her latest release. Telgi found her so pretty that he decided to bed her at that very moment. Immediately, he calls one of his friends and tells him to ship an expensive pendant to the young girl's address as a present.

Kusum Aggrawal was born to a Kannada mother and a Tamil father. She did her early education in Chennai and completed her engineering degree in biotechnology from the PES Institute of technology. True to the name, she was an exceedingly beautiful girl. With flawless wheatish skin, round eyes, a straight and sensuous nose, high cheeks, and a petite body, she became a crush for many men when she debuted in a Kannada film.

Females possess a range of traits, like rebelliousness. These traits are typically repressed during childhood, as females are socialized to be compliant and agreeable. Kusum's life was no different. Her inner life had been unexpressed. She was drawn to bad guys as a way of vicariously expressing her own inner rebel. When she received the present and learned how expensive it was, she looked up the name of Telgi on the internet and immediately found out everything there was about him on the internet. She was intrigued by this man and couldn't understand why it was just the pendant without a card or letter other than his name.

The plot talks about a young single female celebrity, but I believe a mature and married female will fit the bill just fine. I'm also open to any suggested modifications for Kusum's character, traits, and mindset toward men like Telgi.
