This is a plot that I had been wanting to write for a long time now but couldn't think of how to shape this up. Finally, I do have a start. I would love to hear your comments on how I could make this better. I have taken traits from real life scenarios, which I have heard and seen in 20 years of my professional tenure.

Mangers, a term we so hate, don't we? Usually someone with a relatively good experience will at least have one hateful manager on his/her list.

Urmila (35) entered the shop floor (a term normally people working in the corporate world identify with) at her usual time of 8:00 am. She was the head of a process that was into credit cards and the client happened to be one of the Global market leaders who had their presence in 100+ countries. She was a hard taskmaster, a devilish mind who would go to any extent to ensure her process stays in Green. She wasn't a motivational leader at all, but someone who would transcend between showing fake appreciation to being a brutal decision maker at times. In short someone you would never like to work with or never want to report to.

The 110 odd people who worked under her consisted of Team Leaders and some Operation managers. For people who don't know how the hierarchy works, let me explain. So you have the team members who do all the work and are often referred as "agents". A Team Leader is a person who handles a team of 10-15 agents and their responsibility is to monitor the performance of agents reporting to them.

The Operations Managers are folks who have Team Leaders reporting into them. So they would be responsible for 4 or 5 teams roughly and then you have a head of the process who overlooks the business. Urmila in this scenario was the boss heading this process.

In any corporate or a big office, be it government or private, you have people falling in love, having affairs and some are just f*ck buddies. Urmila had a different way of dealing with such people. She had moles in the teams, who would share every gossip with her.

Although the team worked 24x7 and in different shifts, she would still be aware about the happenings of the time she wasn't in office. The Team Leaders who often approached her to inform her about a certain happening while she was away would look bemused when she'd say, "yes I am aware about it. Tell me how did you handle it". There would often be a pin drop silence because the Team Leaders would often have nothing to backup as they would approach her to seek a solution but she would in turn raise questions about their inability to handle such situations.

In these gangs of so called agents were couples who had hooked up over the time and had managed to keep their relationships low profile, but things often got out and Urmila was aware of the blossoming relationships. One thing she hated the most was people falling into relationships. She was a woman of focus who wanted to open up her own company. What had made her mould herself that way? Ambitions? Maybe, but no, she had more to do with her so-called devlish behaviour.

She began her career at the age of 21. A girl who was just out of college and was excited to get a job in one of the budding corporates that time. She fell for a guy (Sachin Patil) who was 33 and was her Team Leader then, a hard task master of sorts. She idolised him and was so attracted to him that inspite of a 12 year age gap, she couldn't stop herself from expressing her love for him, but Sachin quietly rejected her saying he was already in a relationship and was about to get married soon.

The ripple effects of the first rejection got etched so firmly that Urmila decided never to fall for a guy again. Even after 14 years, when she would get lost in thoughts, she would still feel for Sachin. He surely had managed to make a soft corner in the rather stone hearted woman she was termed now. She later came to know Sachin was marrying one of his colleagues from another department who was higher level. At the age of 21, she was immature and a lot of things clogged her mind. A firm belief that set in her mind was she was rejected because this other girl was someone who was already holding a good position. Something inside her was ignited and she wanted to climb the ladder.

Something within her kept pushing her to move a level notch all the time. As if she had made up her mind that she wouldn't want to face rejection ever again in any case.

While she set her course to move up the ladder, she didn't bother about her own people. She made a lot of enemies on the way to achieve this position, but the management was tight lipped too as the managerial surveys for the process were always in Green too. She was a boss who had a tight hold, but little did she know that the heat brewing within her own people would erupt like a volcano someday.

One of Urmila's generic rules to manage people was to split a couple as soon as she came to know about a certain relationship that was blossoming around. She would split the couple into different teams and shifts and played with their emotions. Obviously these couples who were often separated, had little or no time together and they were the most unhappiest of them all. Some quit but most of them were not so lucky. Amongst such budding relationships were 3 couples who were very closely bonded to each other. They were in separate teams too, but would often take the same day off or just call in sick to watch a movie or meet outside etc. They would often talk about how they could hurt Urmila. Not literally, but emotionally. They knew how rigid she was but everyone has a weakness, don't they? There was never a day when they wouldn't curse Urmila. They were just waiting for an opportunity and it came one day when Anil, one of the guys from this group was waiting near the elevator. It was noon, so he was on his way to the cafeteria. The area near the elevator was used as a waiting area for candidates who used to come for interviews. As soon as the elevator opened, he saw Urmila storm out with a tiffin in her hand. He mumbled some cuss words. To his surprise, instead of swiping her ID, Urmila turned around when someone called out her name. Anil turned around too as he had never heard anyone in the office call her out like this. It was always Urmila ma'am, madam etc. He saw Urmila walk towards the man and she shook hands with him. When the man smiled, the smile on Urmila's face blossomed too. He couldn't hear what they were talking because there was too much noise of people walking in and out of the elevators, but what Anil understood was this man surely has a thing about him. He could get the lady smile in seconds. Something they hadn't seen in years. Whenever she did smile, it would look very fake, but this was so real. Anil let the elevators go by and then saw Urmila walk upto the security guard to make an entry in the register. He then saw her turn around and gesture at the man. The man couldn't hear her so she shouted, "Let's go to the cafeteria, I will postpone your interview, don't worry". Anil was stunned and when he saw Urmila enter an elevator with the man, he stormed inside too. Whilst they spoke, he got to know the man's name. "So where have you been all these years Sachin?" she asked him.

I know this was a lot to read and it's a detailed plot. Anil is one of those youngsters, probably 22-23 years old and the remaining people from the group of couples are of the same age group. I need a female partner who doesn't mind playing multiple characters. This will include a lot of kinks where Urmila, the stone hearted woman is taken to the cleaners by the group of young boys and girls by obviously getting Sachin in the play who plays the Dom. But yes, things happen slow and let's make it sound real 🤭

Kinks:- Manipulation, corruption, dress control, power shift, multiple characters, detail setup, proper storyline, drug/alcohol abuse etc. Open for other kinks than the usual ones.

P. S:- I am an offline player so expect gaps in the play. I can't stay online for long hours due to family and work commitments.
